Working Principle of the sliding line rail vehicle
KPC series busbar power transfer cart is to directly introduce AC 380V into the electrical control system of the transfer cart through the sliding line installed in the middle of the track, or on one side, or above the cart, to control the cart start, stop, forward and backward and so on. Through the movement of the flat cart, the sliding block with the car is driven to contact the sliding line to realize the power supply of the flat car. The operating system of the flat cart is controlled by a low-voltage 36V power supply.
Sliding line power transfer vehicle introduction
Sliding line power railway vehicles are powered by the busbar. The busbar conducts AC 380V directly into the electrical control system of the transport trolley , then the motor drives the reducer to let the wheel of the trolley start, stop, go forward and backward and so on. The trolley is powered by busbar which is laid in the trench or along the wall.Installation position need to desinged as per client actual application need.
